I'd called my servicer (GMAC) in order to refi and they gave me a rate which, as expected, was much lower than my current rate. Within a day or so, I received a cold call from MMC. 95% of the time, I don't respond nicely to a cold-call, but the gentleman was very polite, casual, and well-spoken.

I would absolutely recommend Jake Maier and Midwest Mortgage Capital to anyone who is interested in seeing what benefits refinancing their home may bring. I was having a terrible time trying to lower the payment on my mortgage due to declining home values and was almost ready to give up.

We recently purchased our first home through MMC in September. Our advisor was Jake Maier. He was referred to us by our realtor. We contacted him on short notice to have a preapproval and good faith estimate performed. Without hestiation, he knocked it out in about an hour and we were able to put a bid down on the house. It ultimately became the house we purchased.

Jake Meier was absolutely wonderful! we live in las vegas, we're buying a house in nebraska and he was very efficient and everything was done in a timely manner, he even arranged for a notary to come to our home to finalize the paperwork!
